Pete Taylor received his Ph.D. and M.S. from Cornell University and his B.A. from Trinity University. He specializes in natural resource and environmental sociology and has published extensively on organizational problems of community-based forest management in Mexico, Guatemala and Bolivia. His current research focuses on environmental flow cooperation on the Upper Colorado River in Colorado and on agricultural water security and conservation issues in the Colorado River Basin.
